We have developed a Bespoke virtual events studio to be used as a completely virtual events alternative. Based in North West London, with easy transport links, state of the art multi-camera video feeds would be viewable from our Bespoke streaming platform creating a personalised guest experience for those attending the event from home.

The Details
We are not just another webinar platform - our events ENGAGE! With 12 years of live event experience we know how to make a show, people want to watch! Our virtual events are all about engaging the senses. Alongside the live studio broadcast, we like to include animation, lighting effects, audio jingles and even have the option of sending branded gift boxes relevant to the event to each attendee’s home in advance, to give them something tangible to eat, drink or play with!
A hybrid event is essentially an in-person event that also includes virtual components. It may feature say, 20 attendees in person with a further 50 attendees tuning in from home. Hybrid events combine the power of face-to-face meetings with the massive audience reach that comes with a virtual component. In contrast a purely virtual event has no live audience with all attendees tuning in from home to watch the event.
Staying connected! During this time apart, communication and connection with your target audience is more important than ever. And a virtual event often provides the opportunity to connect with people around the world, that wouldn't have been able to join in person. Virtual events are also scalable (no event space limits!) and more cost-effective than a live event. They can be pre-recorded in pieces to help scheduling, increase quality control, and also save costs.
The price of your virtual event depends on the level of experience you are looking to deliver. There is also value in creating more of an experience – where you can purchase additional enhancements like custom graphics, engaging videos, experiential elements, and more. However, it will likely be much less expensive than live event production costs. Generally one full studio broadcast day with streaming for 50 participants starts at around £15,000
We are happy to help determine the best plan of action for your content delivery! We’ve seen success with both live and pre-recorded presentations at virtual events. For a more large-scale event, a pre-recorded talk or education session helps to minimise stress of the presenters and alleviate technical risk of a live broadcast. And if you’re looking for audience engagement, you can still schedule a pre-recorded session to air, and then bring in the speaker to participate in a live Q&A.
Generally we suggest shortening the schedule from your regular live events in order to keep people engaged. Think of your virtual event like an interactive television program. Keep segments to no more than around 60 minutes with breaks in between to give your attendees some break-out time.
Virtual environments can be fully customised with your or your sponsors’ branding. From personalising banners, screens or virtual stands to changing the background of a room to a custom background provided by your sponsor, the possibilities are endless.
Absolutely. For example, if you’re hosting a conference with different keynote speakers giving talks, you can set up various rooms and allocate a room to each speaker. In that case, users would be able to choose which talk they’d like to attend.
The beauty of a virtual event is that you are not limited by venue capacity. In theory the number of attendees can be unlimited, however we suggest anywhere from 20 attendees up to around 1,000 attendees for maximum benefits.
Pleae note that calls are recorded for quality and monitoring purposes
